Lost my headphones!!!!! But still done it :-)

Well...I think it's more likely that my step-daughter has picked them up and assumed they're hers!

So I decided...I can't do my run tonight with no headphones...then got a grip and told myself to get on with it! I didn't want to be going round the park with my phone talking out loud to me so I muted it...it was rather annoying though as I had to constantly look at my phone to see when to run/walk, so didn't feel I could properly relax into it.

I didn't feel confident moving onto a new week without my motivational music and my guide cheering me on so I repeated W2R3, however done two extra 90 seconds runs (snail pace) and extended my cool down time.

I guess my rest day tomorrow will see me heading to the apple store for some new headphones (then to find a hiding place for them )

Great effort. I would have struggled on any of the earlier weeks without headphones. Well done.
