Feeling a bit knackered after a 12hr shift & for the first time was wavering whether to eat & sleep or maintain my schedule. Having read a few posts it’s pepped me up & its the latter. I’ll cave afterwards not before 👍

Well done! Great resolve! I was determined to go on my rower last night as cross training as I am running tonight. I was so tired after work that I just sat on the sofa all night 😳. Not a great day for me but today’s a new day!!

Thank you. I’m running with a group and I’m hoping I’m still at a similar pace. Occasionally they run too fast for me!
That’s a good idea as holding a conversation whilst running helps the breathing & ensures you run at a sensible pace. I’ll look for a group after graduating
