... smoke free. And free to do so many other things, like waking up and going for 16k on a rainy Sunday morning. Not too bad, not too bad at all. Thank you.

Congratulations being 6 months smoke free. Do you think you'd be able to run all those Km's if you were still smoking 😊😊

Buddy34, my life didn’t change to its basis, there were only tweaks. I can still see my friends chocking and being unable to go round domestic chores, I can still feel their uncertainty when travel by train for two or more hours. The difference between me smoking 2 packs a day, and the new me running 1k was the beginning of a new life. From 1k to 16k is just time telling its own story.
