Just completed week 1 and I am really enjoying it. I have been a very keen cyclist in the past and still do a few miles but I've never been a runner. Now at 64 I've taken the plunge

Great , you've completed wk1. Just go slow and slower again if needed. Make sure you are drinking plenty water, 2-3 litres per day and not just on run days.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊

Congrats on starting the programme. At 62 I'm about the same age as you, and a hiker not a runner. I think keeping active as a walker has helped me with C25K and hopefully your cycling will also stand you in good stead!
