Week 2 complete! And run 3 didn't even hurt my legs (although my lungs could do with a hand!) I didn't skimp on any of the runs at all and did the whole thing properly, but am a little scared of week 3, 3 whole minutes of running! How the hell am I going to do 3 whole minutes!!

We will overcome! πŸŽ‰

Congratulations on completing week 1 and 2 of C25K, well done, onwards and upwards to week 3, trust the program, week 3 is the shortest workout of C25K, you will manage fine with those 3 minute runs, slow and steady, enjoy 😊 πŸƒ

I will keep that in mind!

I get the feeling that once I can do 3 minutes, the rest won't feel so scary, although am sure it will be pretty hard! Thank you. 😁

You've completed wk1 and wk2. You will manage wk3 . Just go slower again and it will help your breathing. Well done you 😊😊
