Well it was a fair few months ago when I got to week 6 and gave up!! I had been suffering with post natal depression and anxiety - no excuse I know but easier to tell myself that now than when I was in a very dark place!!
My little mister was 1 last weekend and now I am feeling a lot better, many more positive than dark ones, and I am feeling incredibly unhealthy (I weigh more now than when I did after he was first born 🤭) So its time to get back on track and start again!!
So I’ve just done week 1, run 1. It wasn’t as hard as I thought it might be, although by the end I was done in lol. I can’t wait for it to feel slightly easier again!!
So it’s time to get fitter for my wonderful 3 boys and amazing partner who have all supported me beyond belief and be an amazing, healthier mummy with more energy and finally fit into a wedding dress several sizes smaller than I am now 😆
