1 down, 2 to go. I feel mixed emotions at getting this far. Ridiculously happy that I ran for 30 minutes without stopping. Back when I started I found it hard even just running for 60 seconds. It's still hard and I'm knackered and feeling a bit stiff, but I actually did it! And will go back and do it again.

Well done you! I posted something similar last year at week 9, I could barely run for a minute at the start, and last Sunday, a year later, I did a 10K..... So keep at it, you never know where it will lead you! Enjoy your graduation run later this week 😀🏃😀
Just finishing week 1 I got to week eight with a friend but then I fell down the stairs and her arthritis has had a flare up so I’m on my own back at the beginning
Thanks for the advice and encouragement. You're right about the stretching. I ended up with plantar fasciitis a few years ago and that was a massive pain in the bum.
