Knee pain - should I stop running?

Hi there, I’ve just come back from holiday where I was lucky enough to get some good 3- 5k runs in every few days. Was feeling pretty good. But I’ve had knee pain in both knees now for about 5 days after I’ve been back home. It’s almost gone now. I don’t ever run when my body hurts, so I’ve been abstaining from running. Now the knee pain is eased off do you reckon it’s ok to go for a run again? I’ll make sure I warm up and cool down. I love running but don’t want to injure myself! Any feedback or thoughts are very gratefully received. Thanks.

Try running make sure it's slow and short if your knee is ok have a rest day then try again , any pain stop . If you are still experiencing pain maybe a visit to the doctor will help. Good luck 😊
