I've been through them all. MJ was definitely the worse, very monotonous. Sarah, I thought would have been funnier throwing in a joke or two every now and again to make you laugh but she stuck to her script. Jo Whiley is by far the best of the lot. She has real-world experience of doing running from zero to hero and she empathizes more with you.

Yup, Laura every time!! I still replay 9:3 for consolidations.

I did most of the plan with Sarah, then switched to a different app. I think if I was to ever start over I’d have MJ put me through my paces.

I started with Sarah. But I’ve seen a lot of her live gigs... and when that woman says have a banana she means pastie so I moved on to MJ. He sounded like he’d been tranquillised, so ended up with Jo and she was fabularse

My app or whatever kept playing up so ended up having to switch between Laura and Jo Whiley. Even at 8 runs past graduation I still hear their voices in my head "I know your legs are hurting" - "Don't stop" etc, which keep me going. Both really good but if I had to pick one then Jo.

Jo after trying the others! She’s perfect for me psychologically!!

I used Laura the first time I did C25K, but this time started with Sarah before switching to Jo. She is fantastic as, as someone else has already said, she has been there before and knows exactly what you might be thinking!! Since graduating I have tried a week 9 run with each different trainer and still prefer Jo!!

in reply to CookieM

That was my idea as well at graduation - do W9 with each of the six of them and that would be another 2 weeks done.

Sanjeev Kholi - I’ve stuck with him throughout

I've tried them all but Laura is by far the best for me

Tried Laura first, then Sara who I expected to have been more interesting, somehow. Next I had Sanjeev accompany me and have stuck with him ever since 😊.

Sanjeev kohli for me too , MJ - too wooden.

SM - felt like she wasn’t really into it , Laura - ok but not as enthusiastic as SK . Should try Jo next
