Evening all,

I usually wear a skip hat when running however as it’s been warm and humid I’m thinking a headband would be a better option...

Any advice on which ones work best?? πŸ˜€πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

I have no idea what a skip hat is... but as the word hat is there I’m assuming that it covers the head, and unless you’re going high wicking bandana type then it could prevent heat loss... which is ideal when it’s cold. Maybe a visor? Certainly any headband will help keep any sweat out of the eyes.

Sorry should have said Baseball hat 🧒 πŸ˜‚

I’ll take a browse in the sport shops this week and see what they recommend. Xx

Just depends where in the country you are , ie skip hat/ baseball hat . The other day I used the word diluting juice but also said squash as people use different words . πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I never even thought about wearing a headband. I'm excited now. I can do my next run looking like Byorn Bork or John McKenroe. Are there different kinds of headband?

Hee hee, there are loads to choose from..just not sure which one would stay in place and keep my hair out my face!

Byorn Bork gets my vote πŸ€ͺ

some people have bought visors, kind of a sweat band with a peak to keep the sun out of your eyes

I think Hidden and AlMorr both have visors if I'm not mistaken

I would normally wear a baseball hat but with the warm weather have switched to a visor. It keeps the sun out of my eyes and was only a few £’s from decathlon.

I use hygge bands. Lots of different styles and they work to keep the sweat out my eyes, keep my glasses from falling off, and stop my headphones falling out

I also use Hyggebands and would recommend them for the same reasons

I also love Hyggebands - I have many! They don't skip, hold in my earphones, you can alter the width and also wear in winter round your neck/over mouth when it's chilly! They often have offers where you buy one get three free!

I wear a lightweight running cap as baseball caps can be too heavy.

I use a multi tube band, mine is a cheap one by Regatta, it's great for keeping my hair off my face and my earbuds in place.

Amazon stock various makes. Buff is popular, but much more costly than mine was.

I sometimes use a Trailhead running cap, also Amazon.

This is light, washable and fast drying.

In the winter I use Trailhead ponytail headband or ponytail beanie hat.

Who knew it could be so complicated 😊😊
