Inspired by Tartancat 😀 The tune is “Whistle a Happy Tune” from “The King and I”, and the photo is the AlMorr Loop midsummer. Enjoy !
Whenever I feel afraid
I hold my head erect
And heed all that Sanjeev says
Because he will direct
Me to 5k.
I shiver out of my boots,
I strap my trainers on,
And heed all that Sanjeev says,
And soon I will have gone
To 5k 😄

Again would be good - I’ve never got past 3k yet. Some of us are built like dachshunds here 😂

Well done for getting back on track & great song choice!
I've been put of running for 3 weeks since a hamstring injury, missing running so much! Never again shall i moan about my legs feeling tired after this awful pain in my leg. Hope to get back to it by the end of the week as we're going to stay at Hayling Island so looking forward to a pomenade run 👍
