W7R3 -- I'm a convert now.

Hurray! Just finished Week Seven! I ended up going a couple extra minutes just so I could tell myself that I had jogged two whole miles for the first time in my life.

This program is the best! I'm feeling more confident about myself as I approach my 50th birthday, and it really is a tremendous help with stress as my small household prepares to move from one continent to another one week from today. (EEK!) At this point I'm glad I got tendonitis and had to take a break from jumping rope -- otherwise I never would have begrudgingly started C25K. And now I love it! My tendonitis is slowly improving, but even after I can go back to my ropes, I'm not going to stop jogging. This is just too much fun. Not the jogging itself, unfortunately :) but knowing that I'm capable of achieving more every week.

Great running. There’s plenty of chance for the love of running to grow, I found it happened after the pressure of the plan was done.

Good luck with the move... will you be going to cooler weather?

Thanks! We're moving from Monrovia, Liberia, to Washington DC. Right now it's actually hotter in DC, but in a few weeks we should be heading into autumn. I haven't had a proper autumn in 12 years! :D
