I'm almost finished week 4 and have been bothered with what I think is plantar fascitis. Basically bad pain in my right heel on walking. I hobble in the morning after a run and it eases up as the day goes on. I have good shoes, try to stretch but it's not eased up as the weeks go on. Loving the programme and dont want to stop but it can get quite debilitating especially when I can barely walk on it. If anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Heel pain
I also have this problem- rolling a tennis ball under my foot several times a day really helps, (I also keep a can of beans in the fridge and roll with that too.) Look online for stretches - and do them. My GP said to stand with feet parallel and a little apart and go up and balance on my toes for a few seconds then back down again and repeat. Do rolling & exercises as much as you can fit in. I use the tennis ball / tin when I am passenger in the car, when I am watching TV when I am sitting eating a meal etc.
If the problem persists go and see your doctor. 😀
That's something for your physio to decide as none of us is a doctor. The pain in my heel turned out to be the Achilles, equally painful, awkward and long healing. Avoid google when it comes to potential injuries and visit a medical pro instead if it persists.
