It could be... or the weather.. or a little virus bug... lack of sleep...poor hydration ?

So.. rest up... and pop in a bit of extra work on your rest day exercise now the uns are getting longer... then head out again. Slow and steady as you go and really relax into the long runs... let your legs find their happy pace now:)

Maybe... is your running buddy naturally slower than you? If you’re used to that pace then yeah, a missing buddy could make a huge difference.

Could be something else too... I went out for 4.25 miles yesterday and ran 2... too hot, too fast at the start, and for once my hydration was off... so I’m pretty proud of the 2 miles I did!

Go nice and slowly in the first 5-10 minutes and you should find the rest of the run easier.
