I have done my 1st run of my new running week. I did my 1st park run last Saturday I ran for 32 mins then walked the last bit,and plan another this Saturday. My plan today was to run for 30 mins according to my fit bit I did 28 grrr. So must try harder. It was cool, a slight drizzle, had my music, maybe I need Michael in my ear to help me push through.
However I ran on after C25K, so that’s good.
Thursday is ‘another day’ bring it on.

Relax.....simply run and relax...try to vary the runs a bit.. shake it all up.. 30 minutes yes..but short runs too and some of the lovely long slow runs.. the see where you get to runs..they are the ones that build everything up...
