Any run is better than no run, right?

Had a real urge to run today and was awake early so decided on a half run due to the heat ♨️. Really enjoyed this one, although still felt like I couldn't run any further by the end 🏃‍♀️ but that's as it should be I reckon. I planned a shorter route and upped my pace slightly and drank lots of water. Can't wait for the cooler weather to do week 8! Will be back to slow and steady then. 🐌
