Just done my R2 W1 - can’t say I’m ‘enjoying’ it yet, but glad I’ve started and definitely going to keep going 😁

Well done. The enjoyment grows along with the sense of achievement as you complete each run. Every time you move up a step you discover that you can do more than you imagined. I found that the plan seems to build you up so that, bizarrely, the longer runs actually feel easier than the ones from the week before (possibly because there's less repetition).

Anyway, you're through the toughest week, so onwards and upwards...

Great job. I was very much hating it in the early weeks, it took me time to like it, now I love it. Of course not enjoying it but getting to that start line every run is demonstrating and building the mentality that you need to be a runner... it’s as important as the physical side, if not more so. Enjoy run 2
