Not wishing to cast nasturtiums at the All Knowing Strava but this morning was a bit of a challenge- different route, change of headphones and running through wet grass - yeuck - yet according to the All Seeing One, I did 4.7 km in a whole minute faster than the other day’s 4km. Now either I am improving at a rate of knots or the technology may be flawed but given I could do with a boost, I’m going with the former and maybe the truth lies somewhere in between! Happy running peeps!

I'd take it to be honest! But yes, the tech is not infallible - mapmyrun had me thinking that I was a whole km behind where I actually was on a recent Parkrun. It was only when I was nearly at the finish line that I realised I didn't still have a km to go! No idea how that happened.
