First Run!!!

Started my C25K last night. I’m doing 1 session a week with a club and 2 on my own. Went to bed achey but took a couple paracetamol and am fine! Am overweight but have been exercising since Xmas....still found this quite hard 😂. Onwards and upwards.

Well done you! I started last week and have just done my first run of week 2. It is hard as I am very unfit but I try to smile all the way as it makes me feel better..... although I am sure people I pass think I am a little strange🤣🤣. Good luck

Huge well done you... did you check out the essential post for Newbies... it has so much great information there:)

Make sure you begin your strength and stamina and non impact exercise on some of your rest days.... It is so important:)

Also, on your group run... take it at your own pace:)

Keep it slow and steady, keep posting and enjoy:)
