So ive ran around 6 runs for week 2 amd finally i feel i got the 90 seconds much much better now to hopefully get week 3 going!! Wish me luck!!!

Luck? You won’t be needing that. You’re doing great and the fitness is growing rapidly... believe in yourself, trust the plan... you can do this... just keep crossing those start lines.
