so now I've moved on from my buddy, old pal Michael Johnson ive made friends with Laura on the stepping stone podcast. wow I didn't know I had it in me to keep up constantly with Laura and the music. I've done it for my first 2 consolidation runs and am loving it. thanks guys xx
