Good morning. I notice my feet are starting to rub when I walk long distance, (on the ball of my foot and under my big toe) which will then affect my run days. Any advice on socks to help please?

Runderwear or vitalsocks are the ones I use, sometimes in the hotter weather it's hard to avoid though. Try compeed on blisters they work great
Thank you. I don't have one yet but I can feel those hot patches you get when it's thinking about it lol.
