I ran my first 5km park run in may in 36minutes but have still not got my graduation badge after posting 3 times. Can.anyone help.

Yes I am still running 3 times a week.

Usually after work and at weekends.

Really hate it but need to keep going now. Want to improve on.my time.

You hate running, perhaps you are running a little too fast, slow down, hydrate and you should stop hating running, by the way, the word GRADUATE. is now next to your username. 😊 🏃 🎓
