Week 4 smashed it.

The first two runs were bonkers temperatures. This morning was half the temperature at 15 degrees and a light drizzle. I’ve like the comfort of all three runs a week have been the same. But week 5 is a huge eeeeek each day different so no idea what to expect.

Well done on week 4.

Week 5 is very doable, remember during week 1, week 4 looked scary. Thulis is the same, it's a mental battle as the programme is preparing you physically. Trust in yourself and the programme
