W6R3 coming up tomorrow...looks like a long time!! 25 minutes😬. Whenever I’ve felt daunted though I read some inspirational posts on here and I manage to get through it. Will keep you all updated tomorrow evening.

You've got this, you already did w5r3, and w6r1 and w6r2 were getting you ready for this. Just trust in yourself and the programme.

Good luck tomorrow, gavinmitch. I'm sure that by now you know that your body is ready for the longer runs. Your mind will catch up when you complete Week 6, Run 3 tomorrow. Set off slowly, carry on slowly, before you know it you'll be into the last five minutes so just keep on keeping on. If you feel like it, you can speed up a bit for the last minute and really go for it. Or not. On the cool down walk, you will have a massive grin on your face! Let us know how it goes. ☺

Well I look like a squashed tomato, I feel like one too... but I did it! I kept on to the bitter...
