Hi all havent been doing any running past few weeks due to foot injury. It seems fine now just wondering should I go back to intervals again.

Glad your foot seems to be better, why not just go out try a slow jog and see how you cope 😊

Hi Buddy34 thanks I have just been out and it was good although I had to stop after three laps of the park as I was out of puff. The foots ok though I need to hydrate more I think it was very hot. I am happy just to be doing anything 😁

You could try going back to week 5 and do one of the runs, then one from week 6, one from week 7 etc. and see where you get to. If, for example, you get have problems on week 7 then start from there?
