I ve had 4 tries now and 2 successes. This morning was the worst . I'm wondering if the extremely hot and hilly dog walk yesterday affected my rest day. I'm also trying different runs and this mornings was hillier than my usual flat run.
Feel a bit down but reading posts on here I know it happens. Do I just carry on till I've completed it 3 times....or should I continue till I'm consistent?

I found the step up from 20 to 25 mins the hardest. For me, I think sometimes it can be a mental block, with my first 2 attempts at 25 I struggled early in the runs and was looking for excuses to stop. I repeated the runs until I felt comfortable, but I got there and I’m now in week 9.
Put these runs behind you, keep well hydrated and try find a distraction, I prefer music to stop me from clock watching.
I don't think it is very important which you do so I would do the one you feel like! Personally I am very affected by hot weather and by dehydration so I would find a cool time of day, early or late, and do an easy flat run nice and slowly to get you over the hump. Make sure you have had a real rest day the day before and have drunk plenty of water. And lots of people on here take longer than nine weeks to complete the programme! Good luck. You will get this!
