Week 5 Run 3

A warm sunny morning and what a day to do this leg of the programme !! I was stunned to hear Laura disclose the run duration but am now realising it is as much a rest of mental stamina as physical stamina and I passed with flying colours πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š. Again for two 5 minutes were the hardest but with my favourite punk music pushing me on I got through it fine. That’s such a morale booster and a big step to towards my aim of Parkrun starting in August.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran. 😊 πŸƒ

We done you. Question though you say the 2 five minutes were the hardest this run was for 20 minutes non stop is that what you ran 😊

Hi yes I did - sorry I meant the tough part were at the first two five minutes Laura timed at. So really I found the first 10 minutes I tougher than the final 10.
