Completed the second run of week 5 this morning. 2 mins into the first 8 minute run I really doubted I could do it, my legs felt like lead weights had been attached! I plodded through thanks mainly to The Clash! Lol Still got the left calf pain issue but in a slightly different place today as it was more to the side than the back? I really upped the pre-run stretches today so maybe that's why it hurt in a different place? Going to keep stretching, keep drinking water and keep on running... Friday's 20 minute run will be fun!
