Hello. I am currently on week four but travelling in a few days time and it may not be possible to run on my usual day - due to long flight and jet lag. What do people normally do? When I have travelled before I have repeated the last two runs ( one from week one and then one from week two then progressed onto week three) is that advisable? Or should I re start where I left off? Any tips would be helpful! Also I have never run outside due to the heat where I live, so will be starting to run in the uk outside.
