Can't believe it!

First post but just wanted to raise my hat to everyone who has done this and especially those who have put it all together. Took redundancy at the end of March, unfit and overweight. Started C25K the following week, couldn't run for more than 30 seconds. Started again with a 'Week Zero' - 20 minute walk every day for a week. Then got through Week 1. Had to repeat Week 4, the five minute run coincided with a steepish incline, got through that the second time around. Amazingly finished Week 9 last week, running for 30 minutes but only covering about 4.3k. This week, today, just did the 5k (36 minutes). For this 57 year old codger I can hardly believe it! Bit of a sore knee so need to keep an eye on that. And have lost 20lbs as well.
