First run

I had convinced myself that I couldn’t run. On Monday I did my first run of week 1 and completed it. I was so happy, it was if I’d won gold at the Olympic Games. Hope I can do it again on my second run today.

Did anyone else feel such a great achievement after their first run?

Congratulations on completing the first run. Yes each team I complete one I am amazed. I am starting week 2 tomorrow. Good luck with today's run.

Well done! I've just completed Wk5 R2 and every session up to this has been a milestone for me. I think it's that sense of achievement that keeps me going. Give yourself a big pat on the back after each session, you've earned it!
