Week 4 - boo!

Just attempted W4R1. Managed the 3 mins, 5 mins and 3 mins but just couldn't face the final 5 mins. What do people think? Should I go back a week or keep trying week 4?! Thank you

Hi. If you completed week 3 without any problems then don't go back to it. Repeat this run from week 4 until you crack that final 5 minutes, then move on. It might just take one more go. We all have an odd run that doesn't go to plan ocassionally. Don't worry. You can do this! 😊

Ah thank you. Good advice. Think I went out there thinking I would fail! More positivity needed I think!

you might try slowing down a tad for the whole run? see if that helps?
