Week 9 Run 2 done

Just finished my penultimate run. Can’t believe I’ve made it this far. 9 weeks ago I couldn’t run to the end of he road, now I’m able to do 5-8K without any troubles and actually really enjoy it. Feel so much better physically and mentally and have lost half a stone in weight so far. First 4 weeks were probably the hardest whilst my body adjusted but key was to stick a routine.

One more run to do then have signed up for park runs and a potential half marathon in 6 months. That’s after I’ve achieved regular 10K.

Would certainly recommend Couch 2 5K to anyone wanting a healthy lifestyle change, it does work once you commit to it.
