I have survived another 25 minute run despite strong headwinds for the last ten minutes but at least the rain held off. I'm still very slow to ensure I can keep going for the full time but at least my breathing is getting easier. My Fitbit tells me I was 92% in my peak zone so that's good news. Whenever I get back I can't believe I have done it. Thanks for all the messages
