Week 9 run 3 done, amazing, never thought I would do it.

Thus is my second attempt after getting knee problems the first time. This time I took it easy, used knee supports and proper running shoes and I did it. Feels great and now to keep going and try to build up slowly to 5k, which is my personal goal.
