Got up at 6am for W3 D1.... was nervous as hell as I didn’t know what W3 ‘looked like’. Laura gleefully told me I’ll be running 3 minutes today! Nearly stopped my brisk warm up warm and briskly walked home!
But.... I didn’t and I blummin’ well did it! Twice!! And the two 90 second runs too! How am I achieving this?! I might be a slow jogger but it is technically a run!
