There are a million and one podcasts you can choose from, but as you have just graduated from C25K it's best to run a few 30 minutes consolidation runs, after that you could go onto the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura, that's what I'm doing this week. You can download the podcast cast app and choose what you want to listen to while running.
I agree with AlMorr. Laura's consolidation run podcasts are very motivational, and the music is brilliant. Love the way it gets me running at a specific pace. Have a go.
I have only ran to one if Laura's Stepping Stones podcasts, the one that lasts 35 minutes, 5 minutes of walking, 10 minutes of running at 150 steps (cadence) a minute, 19 minutes at 155 steps a minute and finally 1 minute of 160 steps a minute. I think I got that in the correct order.
The next one which I will do this week is +speed, shorter, 150 to 166 steps a minute, the 166 are 4/1 minute runs with longer 150 shorter runs, hmm, I'll see how that goes.
Casefile
I ran my W5R3 to BBC Friday Night Comedy. Was dreading 20 mins but laughed my way round - and got some odd looks. W6R1 today sadly with no comedy.
