(Finally) Done the 5k

Well, after a lot of stops and starts, I did my first 5k last week. It was an odd one as I have been on a 2.5k plateau for ages. Went out for a run and it felt good so kept going and did just over 5k. This morning did 4k (chose route poorly), but think I've cracked it.😀

I was, but life got in the way and I was going as and when. But think I'll do 4-5k runs for a while before I try any more.
