Yay! That’s pretty cool....you mention uphill as if it’s no big deal 👍! I’m working towards that mindset as I get back on track after a little post graduation running blip last week 😉

I live in the Peak District. Beautiful place for running and lots of flat trails around. But the hills are good too. A different slope for every mood! Good to work on gradually increasing stamina! Hope you have a good time!
