Thank you all for your words of encouragement, I did it πŸ™Œ 20 mins with the help of 70’s tunes. Beautiful morning and a relatively comfortable run apart from the first 5-10 mins. I think it’s more of a psychological thing rather than physical. Saw the tail end of a park run which really encouraged me along with the views. Onwards and upwards. Maybe I’ll get to the end after all.

Congratulations Suebuzz on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚢 and runs πŸƒ

Thank you - yes I have read about people getting caught out with walks and runs again. Why do you think this happens?

It's after the non stop 20 minutes run of week 5, the muscles in your legs have not got used to you slowing down to walking pace, but if you take runs 1 and 2 of week 6 especially slow and steady you will be able to run them with no problems whatsoever.

Thank you - was dreading it but feel so elated, although when I watched some of the park run peeps sprinting on, makes me feel like a snail 🐌🀣
