Bahahaha!!! Sorry I can’t help you. I just run in my normal bra, which is quite supportive anyway. I’m sure someone on here can suggest something helpful, if not amusing! 😁

I got a good over-the-shoulder-boulder-holder from Decathlon, goes over the head AND does up at the back. It has one of those central back pieces so the straps don't slip off your shoulders, if I can find a pic I'll come back and add it in

I just checked decathlon website and they don't seem to have the same one I have but they do have some that are front fastening which may be useful for breast feeding !

Shock absorber.....ultimate run bra....the best! If you shop around you can get good discounts........last years colours etc., they also don’t need a wrestling session to get in and out of......😂,

Bravissimo are good for the ample bosomed too....

My normal bra is Bravissimo. They are great.

Ahh! I was a bit concerned when you said you run in your ‘normal’ bra, but if you’re a bravissimo girl, you’ll be well upholstered......👍🏃‍♀️😉

I use one I bought in decathlon, it's comfortable but to be honest I don't need much support, I use it because the straps stay on place

I just got myself a Shock Absorber one and it's AMAZING! Am a 40G and they just don't move at all, feels like they're not there. Don't think I will ever buy any other brand now.

An oh yes to the shock absorber. I am not of ample bosom but enough that sitting trot or running are uncomfortable /sometimes painful without support 🙂 I also have a sweaty betty sports bra that is equally as good. It's their high support running bra and has an extra clip on the straps that allows you to make it into a racer back (I find that gives a little extra clampage if needed)
