Well , here I am again . Just one run fro completing the couch to 5k . I know it works and I have been running the fabulous Maidstone Parkrun every Saturday for the last 4 saturss

Well done - there should be a Graduate x2 badge! And ooh - what's the Maidstone Parkrun like? I've been looking at the Bedgebury one online and am a little alarmed by how hilly the course looks!

Maidstone is a nice run along the river . A few bottlenecks here and there but friendly people and an enjoyable run
