I’ve just completed week 9 and graduated. I would like to progress I’ve seen on the nhs there is 5k to stepping stone anyone doing this or know if I can download this please

Yes you can download this. I’m consolidating my 30 mins & achieving 5k, and then I’m on the Bridge to 10k! 😀

Many of us consolidated our 30 minutes of running before having a go at these. They are Laura with new tips/techniques to help you along. Getting that 30 minute run habit first though is a good idea.
