Much easier than I expected. I seemed to get into a rhythm more easily. One thing I don’t understand is that the distance I did is the same as last week.

I think it’s quite natural that as the length of time spent running increases, your pace slows down a little. I wouldn’t get too hung up on distance covered. It’s all about improving your stamina at this stage.

Good luck 🤞

Well done QuirkyDelacroix, keep going, nice gentle running. Don't worry too much about how much distance is covered, it's completing the run sections that matters, then recovering during the walk breaks. You are doing brilliantly!😊

You may have run/jogged for longer but you walking interval also increased, IF, I'm not saying do this, you kept to the 90 second recovery time then you would cover more distance.

As everyone has said, don't worry about distance or speed yet, have fun, let your body get used to running, both speed and distance will increase as you go.
