Still alive, still walking around, more than halfway to my 500k goal for the year and i’m 3stone lighter for it. However, even though i’ve been walking a lot, morning and evening now the days are longer, my body’s used to it now which means my weight loss has slowed down so i’ve had to switch up my routine and *le gasp* go back to walk-Run intervals! mixed with at least 15 minutes of hula-hooping.
Feeling that familiar ‘everything hurts and I’m dying” emotion again is actually pretty exhilarating .
