So R3 completed. I am really going to finish this programme, I'm going to be running for 30mins non stop!!!
Planning a parkrun with a couple of friends next month, they are runners, often doing HM. They have been so supportive and giving advice and encouragement. They've asked me to train for a HM in October, now I'm loving doing C25K but hell nah to 13 miles 😄😄.
So its countdown now, 3 more runs before I graduate. Oh how I am going to party after R3.
Hope everyone has a fantastic running weekend x

Well done! I did week 8 run 3 today too, I got PBs for both 1 mile and 2 miles so was very happy with that and ran 3.9km overall. Will you be starting week 9 on Sunday? I plan to. Although I could try and persuade my oldest to do the junior park run but that would only be 2k which would delay me starting week 9 and therefore delay me graduating by 2 days 🤣 We'll see what Sunday brings...
Yes, I'm running Sunday morning. I'm so looking forward to it.. See how you feel on the day and then decide. Isnt this programme amazing or what? Good luck and lemme know how you get on x
The programme is amazing I agree! I've never ran in my whole life, probably a bit at school but badly and very unenthusiastically. Good luck on Sunday morning too, I've been plotting my route out in readiness to add an extra couple of minutes but to avoid a slight uphill at the end 🤣 x
Hope you had a good run this morning. I wasn't feeling the love as I didn't sleep well, but managed to do the 30 mins without stopping and managed 4.09k. My knees have been aching today, hope they feel better for Tuesday!
Great job... and I love that there’s some party planning going on for the end of your victory lap... you deserve it.
HM may call to you at some point... you have to want to do it though. Get this done and get comfortable at 30 minutes and then see where you want to go next.
