Home early - it’s run day!

Get the gear on

Raindrops on the window

Rain jacket on

Rain gets heavier

Rain jacket off

Back to couch...

But then the discipline kicks in...

Rain jacket on

Run complete and I feel GREAT!!!

So grateful to the people who encouraged this discipline I was sadly lacking before but seem to be cultivating now.

Well done! I think there’s something special about week 4 ❤️💪🏃‍♀️

Fabulous. Running in the rain is special, and that's a good thing where you live :)

Thank you Helen. I’ve a lot to thank you for. You are the one who made me aware of the importance of discipline. Way back at the start. Your words echo in my head when my motivation flags! 😊

Well done for going out. And you got that great feeling afterwards as a deserved reward. I surprised myself when I first ran in the rain at how much I liked it. It’s the wind that defeats me. Happy running
