Hi everyone, I’ve only just joined the forum. I Completed week 5 run 3 today and completely surprised myself! I didn’t think I’d make the big jump up to 20 minutes.

Welcome. Great job on week 5, especially the milestone that is run 3... now you’ve proven that you can do this. Week 6 starts with what at first glance looks to be easier runs, but approach them with a lot of respect, slow and steady through those intervals and then you got this. Enjoy the rest of your journey.

Well done , 20 minutes non stop is a big achievement when you think back to wk1 😊😊
