North Wales Coast

Is there anyone else on the North Wales Coast doing Couch To 5k? May be nice to find a running mate as could encourage each other. Remembering I am only on week 1

I wish I was - one of my favourite places. I'm only an hour or so away but too far to make it practical.

I want to do some of the North Wales parkruns. Perhaps when you're ready we could get a few people together to enjoy some of the lovely scenery.
